JUBIIIIII! On 3 May 2022, we received a commitment from Realdania's Wonders pool for support to realize a food workshop at Vibevadgaard.

The food workshop will form the framework for school children's education in sustainable cycles and cooking. It can also be used for events, courses etc. for the wider public. We want lots of happy hours in the open air with communal eating, mediation and activities that open up new experiences in nature, provide grounding, energy and curiosity as well as inspiration for sustainable food experiences. 

The food workshop is set up in the middle of nature, in the middle of the field. The place is surrounded by forest and here there is plenty of space for play, fire, peace, in-depth conversations and meetings across the board. The workshop is part of a bigger vision about opening up Vibevadgaard to burgeoning communities in Lejre that share our passion for a sustainable, slow and nature-close lifestyle.

The food workshop will become a reality during autumn/winter 2022/2023.
